All packages embark on their journey via Australia Post (and their global partners) to ensure a secure delivery right to your doorstep. 

I offer flat rates for shipping, and free domestic shipping within Australia for purchases over $150 (with a $5 option for express shipping upgrade). For Australian orders, standard shipping is a flat rate of $15, including handling, or $19 for express delivery. International shipping is available at a flat rate of $50, including handling. Unfortunately, I do not currently offer express shipping for international orders.

Please allow me up to 3 business days to delicately pack and process your order—I personally wrap each item with a generous dose of love and care, right from my cozy home studio. Your patience in this process is genuinely appreciated!

In the rare event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt or if a customer mistakenly provides the wrong shipping address, the parcel will make its way back to me at OddlyMixed HQ. I'll promptly inform you about any returned parcels via email, offering the choice of a refund or re-sending with additional shipping fees.
Please keep in mind that returned parcels may take up to 2 months to find their way back to me.

Any import duties and taxes incurred are, unfortunately, beyond my control and must be settled by the parcel's recipient. For queries regarding customs charges, your local customs authority is your go-to source of information.
